This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Los Angeles, California, Trial Session of the Court that is scheduled to begin on February 28, 2022. On January 18, 2022, the parties filed a stipulation of settled issues reflecting their basis for settlement with respect to all issues but one remaining issue involving petitioners' 2013 tax year.
