An appeal and cross appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 12, 2018, And plaintiffs-respondents-appellants having moved for a further extension of time to perfect their cross appeal from the order entered on or about December 12, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending the time to perfect the appeal and cross appeal from the order entered December 12, 2018 to the December 2020 Term of this Court, with leave to seek further extensions, if necessary.
