An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about August 27, 2019, And Roma Baran, Esq., court attorney for the subject child, having moved on said child's behalf for an order enlarging the record to include the sealed transcript of the in camera examination of the subject child by the Family Court, New York County, conducted on June 26, 2019, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent that the subject child's attorney is granted leave to enlarge the record to include the transcript of the in camera examination of the subject child by Family Court, which transcript is to be filed with this Court under Seal.
