An appeal having been taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about August 27, 2019. And respondent-appellant having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom and for an order extending a prior final order of custody and visitation issued by the Family Court, New York County on or about August 4, 2017, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to respondent-appellant seeking the appropriate relief in Family Court.
