ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion for reinstatement is GRANTED. MCR 7.217(D). The appeal is REINSTATED. Furthermore, the costs assessed against Attorney Mark A. Linton are VACATED.

The appellants' brief that was received on September 7, 2021, shall be accepted for filing. The brief is untimely and, at this point, appellants are not entitled to oral argument. However, once the case has been assigned to a case call panel, appellants may file a motion for oral argument.

The time for filing appellee's brief will be calculated under MCR 7.212(A)(2)(a)(ii) from the date of this order.
