TO: The Honorables Stacy Rocheleau and Vincent Ochoa, Judges of the Eighth Judicial District Court:

WHEREAS, this Court having made and filed its written decision that a writ of mandamus issue, NOW, THEREFORE, you are instructed to vacate the decision that concluded that the peremptory challenge was untimely and returned the case to Judge Rocheleau, in the case entitled Ali Shahrokhi, Petitioner vs. Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada in and for the County of Clark; and Vincent Ochoa, District Judge; Respondent, Kizzy Burrow, Real-Party in Interest, case no. D-18-581208-P.
