Bhupendra K. SHAH, Appellant, v. STATE of New York, Respondent.


Appeal, insofar as taken from so much of the Appellate Division order as dismissed the appeal from that portion of the Court of Claims order denying reargument, dismissed without costs, by the Court, sua sponte, upon the ground that such portion of the order does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; appeal otherwise dismissed without costs, by the Court sua sponte, upon the ground that no appeal lies as of right from the unanimous order of the Appellate Division absent the direct involvement of a substantial constitutional question (see CPLR 5601 ).
