FARAZ SHAFIQ, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Because petitioner Saleha Shakoor failed to ratify the petition filed to commence this case, on October 27, 2022, the Court issued an order dismissing so much of this case relating to petitioner Saleha Shakoor. On November 2, 2022, petitioners filed a document titled "ratification of case to proceed with signature" which bears Saleha Shakoor's signature and statement that Saleha Shakoor ratifies and affirms the filing of the petition to commence this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's above-referenced Order issued October 27, 2022, is vacated and set aside and the caption of this case shall be: "Faraz Shafiq and Saleha Shakoor, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced "ratification of case to proceed with signature" is recharacterized as a Ratification of Petition by Saleha Shakoor.
