ORDER

Per Curiam:

Mr. Samuel Shaffer appeals from a Saline County Circuit Court judgment denying his 29.15 post-conviction motion without an evidentiary hearing. Mr. Shaffer was found guilty by a jury of one count of stealing in March 2015. The court sentenced him to twelve years in prison as a prior and persistent offender.

For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
