ORDERED that, on or before September 15, 2022, petitioners shall contact respondent's counsel in order to confer concerning the current status of this case. Respondent's counsel's contact information is set forth in respondent's Answer filed January 5, 2022. Petitioners' failure to comply with this Order may result in the dismissal of this case for failure to properly prosecute. See Rule 123(b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. It is further
