An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 30, 2017, And respondent-appellant having moved to stay so much of the aforesaid order which vacated respondent's determination to assign voters from certain districts to a site located other than the designated site, and for other relief, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
