Appeal 2D16–732 is dismissed as moot, as the trial court has vacated the judgment and sentence on appeal.

Appeals 2D16–4100 and 2D16–4113 are dismissed as from a nonappealable order.

The appellant's fourth motion to extend relinquishment of jurisdiction filed in appeal 2D16–732 is denied as moot.

The appellant's motion to consolidate appeals 2D16–732 and 2D16–4100 is denied as moot.

The motion to relinquish jurisdiction filed in appeals 2D16–4100 and 2D16–4113 are denied as moot.
