and it is further, ORDERED that assigned counsel shall promptly attempt to contact the respondent Kapri R. Raymond at the address provided by the Court, and shall notify the Case Manager assigned to the appeal on or before December 20, 2024, in writing, that she has done so and that either
(1) the respondent Kapri R. Raymond is interested in responding to the appeal, or
(2) the respondent Kapri R. Raymond is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent Kapri R. Raymond, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
