An Appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 10, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03689),
And defendants/third-party plaintiffs-appellants-respondents Ara Hovnanian and Rachel Lee Hovnanian having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the aforesaid appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted and defendants/third-party plaintiffs-appellants-respondents' time in which to perfect the appeal from the July 10, 2020 order (Case No. 2020-03689) is extended to the October 2021 Term of this Court. Plaintiffs-respondents-appellants' time in which to perfect their appeal from the order, same court, entered on or about July 17, 2020 (Case No. 2020-03584) is, sua sponte, extended to the October 2021 Term of this Court, in accordance with the parties' stipulated briefing schedule, dated March 30, 2021.
