Appeal, No. 117 March T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, Jan. T., 1970, No. 274, in case of Matthew Seybert and Janet M. Seybert, his wife v. Peter L. Skulos. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before ALPERN, J.

Decree nisi entered granting injunctive relief to plaintiff and against defendant; defendant's exceptions dismissed and final decree entered. Defendant appealed.

Dale Cleland, with him Cleland, Hurtt and Witt, for appellees.


Decree affirmed. Each party to pay own costs.
