DAVID GUSTAFSON JUDGE

Trial in this case was scheduled for the Tax Court's New York City trial session beginning March 28, 2022 (see Doc. 27), but on March 7, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report (Doc. 29) that states: "The parties have reached a basis for settlement with respect to all issues in this case.... Accordingly, respondent respectfully requests 30 days to file a stipulated decision." It is

ORDERED that this case is continued and is stricken from the calendar of the upcoming session beginning March 28, 2022, and will not be called at that session; but that the judge signing this order retains jurisdiction over this case. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than April 6, 2022, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document.
