This case was continued from the Court's January 25, 2021 trial calendar for Los Angeles, California . Respondent recently reported that petitioner continues to work with her low-income taxpayer clinic representative to identify additional substantiating documents she intends to use to negotiate a settlement. Respondent reasonably suggests reporting again in October and it is

ORDERED that on or before October 18, 2021 the parties shall submit decision documents or respondent shall file a status report to describe progress toward settlement or a narrowing of the issues to be tried.
