ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's February 13, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session.

On January 23, 2023, docket entry 20, respondent filed a Status Report indicating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case that resolves all outstanding issues is the case. Respondent has requested computations that reflect this settlement and anticipates he will have computations and file a Settlement Stipulation and Decision within sixty (60) days of the date of this Status Report.

On February 2, 2023, the Court informally communicated with respondent who indicated that the parties have agreed to a basis of settlement in this case.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's February 13, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, Trial Session and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, the parties shall submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision document or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
