WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. Plaintiff is entitled to seek supervisory review of the judgment of the trial court herein which affirmed the decision of the administrative agencies. See La. Const. art. V, § 10; Willows v. State of Louisiana, Department of Health & Hospitals, 2008-2357 (La. 5/5/09), 15 So.3d 56. Thus, this writ application is granted for the limited purpose of remanding this matter to the district court with instructions to set a return date for the filing of such writ application by plaintiff, Seven Arts Pictures Louisiana, L.L.C, with this court pursuant to plaintiff's motion for devolutive appeal. Any such application must comply with the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-1, et seq., and must contain a copy of this action.
