On November 15, 2023, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause directing the parties to show cause why the Court should not issue an Order correcting the caption of this case as it appears petitioner Ivette L. Seur's surname is misspelled in the case caption. The Court has received no response from petitioners or from respondent.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause is made absolute. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Ivette L. Serur and Lee Maughan, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
