STEVEN D. SETTLEMIRE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

By Order served March 27, 2024, the Court directed petitioner to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. That Order warned petitioner that failure to pay the filing fee may result in the dismissal of this case.

On April 15, 2024, the Court received and filed petitioner's Letter Dated April 3, 2024. Therein, petitioner requests that the Court dismiss this case.

In view of the foregoing, and it appearing that petitioner does not intend to pay the Court's filing fee and prosecute this case, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
