ORDER MODIFYING SCHEDULING ORDER FOR GOOD CAUSE

THE HONORABLE JOHN A. MENDEZ UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT JUDGE

Based upon the joint stipulation by the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. Good cause exists to allow the parties to modify the scheduling order issued in this matter. The scheduling order is hereby modified as listed below:

a. Discovery Cutoff: March 18, 2022;
b. Expert Disclosure: January 14, 2022;
c. Supplemental Expert Disclosure: January 28, 2022;
d. Dispositive Motion Filing Cutoff: April 29, 2022;
e. Dispositive Motion Hearing: June 7, 2022 at 1:30 PM;
f. Pre-trial Conference: July 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM;
g. Jury Trial: September 12, 2022 at 9:00 AM;

The Court's December 18, 2020 scheduling order shall remain in effect in all other respects.
