This case was set for trial at the Court's October 30, 2023, Chicago, Illinois trial session. On September 22, 2023, at docket entry 16, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance, which the Court granted on September 25, 2023, at docket entry 17, striking this case from the trial session and the undersigned retained jurisdiction.

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned. It is further
