Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's December 13, 2021, Jacksonville, Florida trial session to be conducted remotely (via Zoomgov) at a Date and Time Certain of 9:00AM (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, December 15, 2021.

The parties are directed to the Court's standing pretrial order for all applicable deadlines and log in information to Zoomgov for the upcoming remote trial session. Since this case has been set for trial at a Date and Time Certain, the parties are excused from appearing at the Court's calendar call session scheduled for Monday, December 13, 2021, at 10:00AM (Eastern Time).
