Judgment and order affirmed, with costs, as to appellant George Servis, and reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide the event, as to the appellant Matilda Servis, upon the ground that the verdict is contrary to the evidence. All concurred, except Williams, J., who voted for reversal as to both defendants.
