ORDER

In response to our order issued on January 10, 2018, the warden of the Hughes Unit—Texas Department of Criminal Justice filed a written certification stating that appellant personally viewed the digital copy of State Exhibit No. 19 on January 30, 2018. In addition, by separate letter dated January 31, 2018, appellant similarly confirmed that he viewed the video statement that comprises State Exhibit No. 19.

Therefore, appellant having been provided full access to the appellate record for purposes of preparing his pro se brief in accordance with Kelly v. State, 436 S.W.3d 313 (Tex. Crim. App. 2014), it is ORDERED that appellant's pro se brief is due thirty (30) days from the date of this order. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967); see also Nichols v. State, 954 S.W.2d 83, 85 (Tex. App.—San Antonio 1997, no pet.). If appellant files a pro se brief, the State may file a responsive brief no later than thirty days after the date the appellant's pro se brief is filed in this court.
