MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: Hon. Rolando T. Acosta, Presiding Justice, Barbara R. Kapnick Ellen Gesmer Julio Rodriguez III, Justices.

An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2021, And an order of this Court having been entered on May 19, 2022 (M-2022-01571) denying plaintiffs-appellants' motion seeking leave to file a supplemental record on appeal and for permission to exceed the word limit on their appellants' brief, without prejudice to seeking the latter relief pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(h), And plaintiffs-appellants having moved to reargue the May 19, 2022 order of this Court (M-2022-01571), and for an extension of time in which to perfect their appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, insofar as it seeks reargument of this Court's May 19, 2022 order, is denied. That branch of the motion seeking an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal is denied as moot, the appeal having been perfected on July 11, 2022.
