MEMORANDUM OPINION
This is an appeal from a judgment signed on September 26, 2016. On June 16, 2017, the parties filed a joint motion to vacate or set aside the judgment without regard to the merits and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of a judgment of dismissal in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B). No opinion has issued.
We lift the stay and grant the parties' motion. We set aside the trial court's judgment and remand the case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' settlement agreement. TEX. R. APP. P. 43.2(d). We dismiss any other pending motions as moot.
