DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioners in a proceeding pursuant to Eminent Domain Procedure Law § 207 to enlarge the record and/or for the Court to take judicial notice of a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, dated August 16, 2010, and decision of the same court also dated August 16, 2010, in an action entitled Ardizzone v Bloomberg, commenced under Index No. 103406/09.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the Court to take judicial notice of the judgment and the decision is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
