Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 7 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2015-DCV-1079/2013-DCV-3139) ORDER
Appellant, Rosa Serrano, has filed a motion for the Eighth Court of Appeals to conduct a contempt hearing pursuant to TEX.R.APP.P. 29.4. This rule authorizes an appellate court to enforce a temporary injunction when there is an allegation that a party has violated a temporary injunction during the pendency of an interlocutory appeal. Rule 29.4 is inapplicable to the situation before us because Appellant does not allege that Appellee has violated the temporary injunction during the course of the appeal. Appellant is instead attempting to obtain review of the trial court's orders holding Appellant in contempt during the course of the proceedings below. Appellant's motion for the Court to conduct a contempt hearing under Rule 29.4 is DENIED.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 7th day of April, 2016.
