Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 7 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2012DCV06341) ORDER

Pending before the Court is Appellant's motion to clarify and recall the mandate. The Texas Supreme Court denied Appellant's petition for review on April 29, 2014 and this Court issued the mandate on January 23, 2015. An appellate court is authorized to take several actions after its plenary power expires. See TEX.R.APP.P. 19.1, 19.2., 19.3. These actions include correcting a clerical error in the judgment or opinion and recalling the mandate as provided by the Rules of Appellate Procedure. The motion to clarify and recall the mandate is DENIED.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 25th day of March, 2015.
