Elvis SERRANO, Petitioner(s) v. Michael D. CREWS, etc., Respondent(s).
Petitioner has filed a “Petition to Invoke All Writs Jurisdiction” that has been treated as a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. To the extent that the petition seeks habeas relief, it is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla.2004). To the extent the petition seeks to invoke the Court's all writs jurisdiction, it is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Williams v. State, 913 So.2d 541, 543–44 (Fla.2005); St. Paul Title Ins. Corp. v. Davis, 392 So.2d 1304, 1305 (Fla.1980).
