Plaintiff-respondent having moved for a preference in the hearing of the appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 18, 2016, and related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing defendant-appellant to perfect the appeal on or before March 20, 2017 for the June 2017 Term. The motion is otherwise denied.
