This case was originally calendared for trial on November 13, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Detroit, Michigan. By Order of the Court dated October 19, 2023, this case was continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court.
On June 28, 2024, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that this case is currently with Respondent's Independent Office of Appeals. The parties further informed the Court that this case had been assigned to an Appeals Officer, but due to another assignment, that Appeals Officer has been removed from this case. This case is awaiting assignment to a new Appeals Officer. The parties have requested an additional 120 days in which to submit a further status report.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before October 30, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
