DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to clarify and modify a decision and order of this Court dated December 20, 2011, which determined appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 1, 2010, and a judgment of the same court entered August 4, 2010, in effect, for leave to reargue her prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the same court dated November 22, 2011, which was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2011, and to stay all proceedings in a certain disciplinary proceeding pursuant to Education Law § 3020-a.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
