Judgment and order reversed and new trial ordered, with costs to the appellant to abide event, upon the ground that the verdict of the jury was against the weight of the evidence. All concurred, Spring and Williams, JJ., in result, Spring J., only upon the ground that the finding of the jury that the defendant was negligent was against the weight of the evidence.
