After consideration of appellant's response, this court's order to show cause dated December 6, 2013, is hereby discharged, but this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The circuit court order under judicial review is a nonappealable order. See Pillajo v. State, 60 So.3d 565 (Fla. 2d DCA 2011); Lee v. State, 939 So.2d 154 (Fla. 1st DCA 2006).

Appellant's motion to supplement the record is denied as moot.
