As ordered to do so, appellant has filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have settled, the settlement consideration has been paid, and upon appellee releasing the underlying judgment, appellant will file a motion to dismiss the appeal. Appellant asks we retain the appeal on the Court's docket pending release of the judgment.
We GRANT the request and ORDER appellant to file a motion to dismiss or status report no later than July 26, 2022.
