Present — Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Nolan and Sneed, JJ.


Action to recover damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff as a consequence of coming in contact with a freight-moving device in defendant's freight car, at a time when he was invited to jump into the car by defendant's employee. He was a business visitor at the time of the incident. Judgment for the plaintiff unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
