This case was calendared for trial at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington trial session. On February 22, 2023 counsel for respondent filed with the court a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.

This case was called at the Court's March 20, 2023, Seattle, Washington trial session. There were no appearances by or behalf of the petitioner. Counsel for respondent appeared before the Court and were heard on the motion and stated that petitioner may have retained counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed February 22, 2023, is held under advisement. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued from the Court's March 20, 2023 Seattle, Washington Trial Session. It is further

ORDERED that this case will be calendared for trial (in a separate order) during the trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that no further continuances will be granted.
