ORDER

Richard Hightower, Judge

The Court abated this appeal and referred the parties to mediation on February 22, 2024. On May 10, 2024, the mediator advised the Court that, although the case did not settle, all parties continued to work towards resolution on matters that are subj ect to the appeal and the parties jointly requested continuance of the abatement.

The parties have had an additional 4 months of abatement to attempt to reach a resolution. Accordingly, the Court requests the filing of a status update from the parties concerning progress in reaching resolution of the matter subject to this appeal. The parties shall file a response to this order within 10 days or the Court may lift the abatement and reinstate the appeal on the active docket.

It is so ORDERED.
