Appellant, Staci Semrad, has filed a motion to assign costs to appellee, Tavi Sellers, of certain alleged unnecessary items that appellee has requested to be included in the clerk's record. See Tex. R. App. P. 34.5(b)(3).

The Court requests appellee to file a response to this motion within 10 days of the date of this order.
