Appeal and Error.

Judgment would be affirmed where Supreme Court was convinced that conclusions of law and judgment were supported by facts found by trial court.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Douglas County; HON C.C. PUCKETT, Judge.

Action by Solomon Semmler against F.W. Baier and another. From a judgment, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.

This is an appeal from a judgment only. We are convinced that the conclusions of law and judgment are supported by the facts found by the trial court, and it follows that the judgment appealed from should be, and is, affirmed.
