Order of the Municipal Court reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and judgment modified by striking out the provision therein "on the merits," and as modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Woodward, Jenks, Hooker, Gaynor and Rich, JJ., concurred.
