Order, setting aside verdict, is affirmed, with costs, unless, within twenty days from the service of a copy of the order to be entered hereon, the plaintiff stipulates to reduce the verdict to $3,750, in which event the order is reversed, on the law and facts, the verdict reduced to $3,750, and as so reduced the verdict is reinstated. Hill, P.J., Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ., concur; Rhodes, J., dissents and votes to reverse the order and to reinstate the verdict.
