MARY C. SELLERS, ET AL., Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Ronald L. Buch, Judge

These cases are set for trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 3, 2023, in Salt Lake City, Utah. On March 3, 2023, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. In the preamble to that motion, the parties ask that the Court "restore the case to the general docket." In the last numbered paragraph of the motion, the parties "request the case be retained by Judge Buch."

We need not determine whether the parties intended to request that these cases be restored to the general docket or retained by the undersigned judge. The parties' motion does not provide any reason for the undersigned judge to retain jurisdiction, such as the need for ongoing case management. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance filed March 3, 2023, is granted, and these cases are continued and restored to the general docket.
