Defendant-appellant having moved for consolidation of the appeals taken from orders of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 29, 2016 and on or about August 16, 2016, respectively, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the aforesaid appeals and permitting defendant-appellant to prosecute said appeals upon 9 copies of one record and of one set of appellant's points covering the appeals.
