ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 8, 2024, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania trial session. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' aforementioned joint motion is granted and this case is submitted to the undersigned pursuant to Rule 122, Tax Court Rule of Practice and Procedure. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before April 29, 2024, file with the Court simultaneous opening briefs in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before June 13, 2024, file with the Court simultaneous answering briefs in this case.
