Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that there is no preponderance of evidence in favor of the plaintiff on the question of the defendant's negligence. Hirschberg, P.J., Woodward, Hooker and Gaynor, JJ., concurred.
