Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 17, 2020, which was dismissed by decision and order of this Court dated May 10, 2021. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue her opposition to the respondent's motion to dismiss the appeal, was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 10, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
